Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.General
- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- Commissioned artwork can be used for personal display such as pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit to @linn3_art, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions if the requested subject is outside of my abilities or contains subjects I will not draw.Payments and Fees
- Payment can be upfront or in full after delivery of the sketch through the agreed platform. I will not proceed past the sketch without payment.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $10 applies if you request that I do not add your commission to my portfolio or post it publicly.
- If no payment is made after one week of you receiving the sketch, I will cancel your commission.Revisions
- 2 free revisions may be made during the sketch and line art phase. After that, there will be a $5 fee.
- Revisions regarding a mistake made on my part are always free and can be fixed up to a week after receiving the final piece.Deadlines and Delivery
- Commissions may take up to a month depending on the complexity, queue, health, and personal matters.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:

If an NDA was purchased, the commissioned artwork will not be displayed or used for personal purposesRefunds
- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time
- You may cancel a commission before the payment is made
- Refunds may not be requested unless I am unable to complete the commission
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibitedFiling a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork
- Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence)
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit
- Result in a formal complaint against you.Commissioner Rights
You may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased)
- Print the art for yourself
- Post it on social media (with credit)
You may not:
- Use artwork commercially without buying the rights
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me
- Remove my signature
- Modify the artwork without my consent
- Use an artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projectsBlacklist Policy
- Breaking these rules may result in public blacklisting (with evidence)
- The blacklist may be shared with other artistsFinal Agreement
